It is vital therefore that we not only recruit high quality tutors but that we fully support you throughout your time with us – irrespective of your experience. Our tutors are just as important to us as our customers. The personalised relationship we forge with our customers allows us to provide you with a holistic view of their child’s needs and the reasons for them requiring a tutor. We handle all financial and admin matters with the customer allowing you to focus purely on your teaching.
We are always looking for reliable, supportive and enthusiastic tutors in all subjects. We meet all our tutors by way of informal interview ensuring that we spend time getting to know you. It’s crucial that you not only have a strong subject knowledge with appropriate qualifications, but also that you possess an enthusiastic personality that will engage the students you will be working with. As part of your initial training with us, we will take you through our tutor agreement, tutor code of conduct, and our safeguarding policy and procedures. We will check your identification and request two references. You will also need to possess a current enhanced DBS certificate – which we can organise for you if you don’t already have one.
