Sitting the entrance exams can be a daunting prospect. We can help you prepare for it.

If you are looking to sit the Trafford Consortium’s 11 plus entrance exams there are some things to consider that your child will need support with:

• The entrance exams are an enhanced form of the ordinary curriculum and they often touch on Year 6 content that won’t have been covered in detail yet;
• The tests will include both Verbal (VR) and Non-Verbal Reasoning (NVR) questions which your child is unlikely to have covered in the core curriculum;
• If this is your first application the process can seem complicated; and we can help guide you through that.

It is best to give plenty of time for children to learn new concepts such as Verbal Reasoning; so we would recommend beginning any preparation a year ahead, but you could join one of our courses or have one on one tuition at any time.
