We’re always pleased to hear from reliable, encouraging and enthusiastic tutors across all subjects.
Before joining us, you’ll have a formal interview so we can get to know you properly and make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
We’re looking for tutors with strong subject knowledge, the right qualifications, and, just as importantly, a warm and engaging approach that helps students feel comfortable and motivated.
Keeping children and young people safe is a key part of how we work. That’s why we follow strict safer recruitment practices, including checks on identity and qualifications, plus at least two references.
All roles are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, which we can help arrange, as well as subscription to the DBS Update Service.
When you join us, we’ll take you through our safeguarding policy and procedures, so you feel clear and confident from the start. You’ll also be asked to sign our tutor agreement and code of conduct.
Working with us is a great way to use your skills and experience to make a real difference. Our reputation for providing high-quality tuition, starts with having great tutors. That’s why, whether you’re very experienced or just starting out, we’ll fully support you throughout your time with us.
Our tutors matter just as much to us as the families we support.
Because we build strong relationships with families, we’re able to give you a clear picture of each child’s needs and the reasons they’re looking for a tutor. We take care of the admin and financial side of things, so you can focus on what you do best: teaching.
